AHU NO – XYZ
The scope of work is to identify and remove all indoor air pollutants within the mechanical air ventilation system utilizing robots and rotory brushes.
Take shutdown of the AHU and apply LOTO for compelte electrical isolation. Close the required dampers so that dust is not carried forward in the filers.
Remove the connecting duct of HEPA filter box, cover the HEPA filter box opening by suitable blind/dummy.
Identify the accessible holes for inserting the robot and rotor brushes which are easily accessible for the rotary brush and also for the manpower so that any residual dust could be removed manually as discribed in the following spets.
The Survey Robot or the Dust Inspection Robot is sent into the ducts initially. He surveys and communicates the specific information about the spots where the dust is accumulated and stuck. A video os the survey is taken for the detailed inspection.
The motorized rotary brush is inserted to dislodge the dirt or objects which are accumulated on the duct walls and a vaccum line is inserted for suction of the removed dirt along side or after the rotary brush as required.
The rotary brush is of varied sizes starting from 3 inches in diameter to 12 inch for different sizes of ducts and the length of the cord is of 8 meters or 12 meters depending on the length to be cleaned and curves in the duct.
After manual inspection, adjustable rods and brushes are used to scrub the corners and areas wherein the dirt accumulated is not removed by rotary brush.
The Survey Robot or the Dust Inspection Robot is sent into the ducts finally. He surveys and communicates the specific information about the spots where the dust is cleaned if still there is any residual dirt steps 4 & 5 are repeated. A video os the survey is taken and shown to the clent supervisor / engineer for clearance.
Provide professional pre & post remediation report with still images and pre & post video of the robotic duct cleaning exercise is shown to the client. Videos are given in SD card and can be stored by the client for future reference.
