  • Annual Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Contract in Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Works/ projects.
  • Daily operations, including production planning, estimation, scheduling and execution.
  • Performance monitoring, diagnostics and efficiency enrichment to organize the work.
  • Execution of implemented technology and inventory management.
  • Improve O&M structures, methods and guiding principles as per Client need.
  • Day to day meet for improving the scope of operation of asset with the client.
  • Organizing the structure to improve the effectiveness in output by regular communicating with client on projection, planning and implementation.

  • Tune up the scope of process to ensure that profit shall increase.
  • Entire maintenance of facilities and equipment.

  • Liasoning with other department for making sure, the work should not hamper and running smoothly.
  • Proactive maintenance schedule, predictive analysis to employ kaizens.
  • Initiative steps to manage the inventory with ABC, JIT etc.
  • Improving health and safety policies and procedures.
